Welcome to the MacIsaac-Gillis web site. This site largely reflets the work of Terry MacIsaac grand daughter of Lewis and Isobel (Gillis) MacIsaac of the Banks road in Inverness Nova Scotia. Terry spent her life researching and reporting the family history of the MacIsaac clan from Scotland in 1685 to Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia and beyond to the present. It is with great regret that I report Terry's passing on March 22, 2010. This site is dedicated to preserving and continuing her work to provid the family with an invaluable history of our family.
